Refund policy
We have a 48-hour return/exchange policy on clothing items that are NOT on sale, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, not altered in any way, and in new condition (no stains, no smell, no bodily fluids, etc)., and in its original packaging.Â

Return/Exchange shipping charges will be incurred by the customer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Items on sale CANNOT be returned, only exchanged in size if it is available (that includes items purchased using a promo code)
In case no size is available, you can select anything from the website that’s in stock of the same value or you can email us and add this amount as credit to your account that’s to be deducted with any future purchase.
Jewelry items CANNOT be exchanged or refunded. They can be tried on while the courier waits. In case of wanting to return them, you only incur the shipping fee.Â

Refunds
You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
